Online purchases have a 7-day regret guarantee, in accordance with consumer law, outside of this period no exchange or refund will be made.
Our products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Exchanges will not be made if misuse of the product is detected. Outside of this 90-day period, contact must be made directly to the product manufacturer's service center, respecting the period of warranty, upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
The amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after the product returns to our store and the check takes place.
Shipping will be paid by the customer.
